I want to change my General English level
If you feel that your class is too easy you need to follow these steps:
1. Talk to your teacher to ask if you can move up
2. Go to the Academics office (main office, ground floor) and take the test on EF CAMPUS LEARNING app
3. Check the results the next day to see your score
If you feel your class is too difficult - remember, it will of course be hard at the beginning, but keep going - this is the best way to learn!
However, if you cannot understand anything in your class, find the Academics department (ground floor main office) and speak to one of the team if you can move down.
What SPIN classes can I take?
At EF London we have so many SPIN classes available - click here to see our full list - make sure you check the level as not all classes are available to all levels.
Remember SPIN classes are only available to students on General & Intensive courses - if you are unsure, talk to our team (ground floor academic office)
How many SPIN classes can I take?
The number of SPINs you can take depends on your course:

Intensive courses: 1 SPIN class per week
When are SPIN classes?
SPIN classes happen at different times during the week - they do not all happen at the same time

How do I change my SPIN class?
When does it change?
Choose your SPIN classes carefully - changing your SPIN depends on the class size, availability and your timetable.
If you do wish to change please click here + submit the form
We aim to change SPINS on Friday evening, ready for the following Monday - if we are unable to change your class, we will be in contact to find a solution.
I need help with my Graduation test!
You will take your graduation test any time from Monday to Thursday on your final week, on the EF CAMPUS LEARNING APP.
The test is 1hr and you will need headphones as the first section is listening.
If it doesn't work - please come to the Academic Office so we can re-open it for you.
How do I get my certificates?
All certificates are sent to your EF CONNECT app - you will receive them on Friday morning.
We do not give out paper certificates anymore to try and minimise paper waste, and help the planet!
Follow these steps to access them

What time is check-in?
Check-in is on Sunday at 3pm - please wait in the study areas by reception until this time
Can I leave my luggage and come back?
Unfortunately reception cannot look after you luggage when you leave, arrive or move rooms.
You must look after it yourself, or if you are moving rooms, you could leave it with another student who you trust, who also lives in the residence.
What's in my room?
There are some items provided free:
Kitchen items (ask reception team for the kitchen pack)
- bowl, plate, mug
- cutlery + cooking utensils
- pot + pan
Bedroom:
- lamp
- towels
- bedsheets, duvet + pillow
Kitchen area
- fridge + freezer
- kettle
- toaster
- hob
- microwave
However some items are not included:
- clothes hangers
- iron
- clothes drying rack
- hairdryer
- toiletries like soap or shampoo
- toilet paper
- laundry detergent
- cleaning products
I want to change my room
If you want to change your room, please come to see us in the ground floor main office, behind the Academic Office and speak to us - we will do our best to help you.
Remember if you want to change from a shared apartment to a studio, the payment is higher.
Also remember, shared apartments are mixed gender - we can try - but it is unlikely to share with only one gender as we have many students.
When is my room cleaned?
All rooms are cleaned and sheets are changed on Thursday or Friday, every week.
I want to have a guest
You may have guests or visitors but they cannot stay the night and must leave by 10pm.
All visitors must be registered on the My Chapter app - download here.
When can I use the gym?
The gym is open 24/7.
What time is check-out?
You must leave your room empty and tidy by 10am on your last Sunday - please do not be late!
